The 2017 Hot Springs Blues Festival will be Saturday & Sunday, September 2nd & 3rd at Hill Wheatley Plaza in downtown Hot Springs. Tickets for each day are $20 per person.

10:00 am - Diddley Bow Workshop - 2nd Floor Board Room, Hotel Hot Springs

Participants will hear the history of the diddly bow and make their own to take with them. If you are interested in attending please preregistration. Cost is $10. Limit 20 participants. Get your tickets below.

If you are a parent or interested party of a talented young entertainer or one that aspires to be, this workshop is for you! Parents of up-and-coming superstars, and it doesn't necessarily have to be a musician, will share information on how to get your child's talents in front of the right people, what it takes to be the booking agent, manager, and bus driver. Tips will be offered on how to be a superstar parent.

Veterans, public servants, EMTs, anyone who deals with stressors related to their jobs that might cause PTSD or anyone that just needs a positive way to release stress come join us and hear about the new music opportunity. Bring your instruments if you play or sing. We are going to do some jammin' too!

11:00 am - Blues Piano Workshop - 2nd Floor Board Room, Hotel Hot Springs
Al Hill (IBC 2017 Solo/Duo winner)-facilitator

Al Hill will share information on how to be a blues piano player. If you want to learn the basics or develop your skills this is a great avenue to start. This is a hands on workshop. Bring a keyboard. There will only be two available for participants to use at the workshop.
